Supreme Healthy Eggs...

Shawn made my favorite breakfast this morning... and I had to document it so that maybe BumBum could make them for herself! She raved about them when she had the pleasure of trying them!

Step I. Sautee all the veges in garlic + butter... today he used carrots, green peppers, onions, mushrooms.
Step II. Pour the eggs in + let them cook...
Step III. Add cream cheese + let it melt into the eggs. Let the juices cook down.
Step IV. Serve... he also made hashbrowns, yummm!
