BumBum's Last Day...

For BumBum's last day, we decided to go back into Grand Lake Village. We walked + shopped + chatted. Elsie Anne made out like a bandit... yipee for Grandma's + Gr.Grandma's!

We ate lunch @ 'Sagebrush' which was the town jail back in the 1800's. Elsie Anne was lounging in her carseat + propping her feet up on the table... we let her get away w/ it, but told her when she gets older, that wouldn't be acceptable!! EA helping Mommy eat lunch...

When we got back 'home', we had appetizers on the deck + enjoyed the evening sunshine! BumBum filled me in on so much of her life! It was so nice to hear all about her late husband, who died way too young + left her w/ 3 little kids. She has been through enough trials + tribulations for 3 women... she is truly the most amazing woman!!! We are just thrilled we have been able to spend an entire week w/ her!

Sunday Festivities...

It was a special evening for all of us... Shawn, EA + I became Members of Father Dyer Methodist Church! Memere + BumBum are Members of a Methodist Church in Florida, so it was extra meaningful for them to stand w/ us during the induction! We were also thankful Laurie + Scott Malling were able to be there too! This is our group w/ Pastor Tracy!

After... we went to 'Downstair's @ Eric's' for dinner! Once again, EA enjoying Shawn's cold beverage... Coors Light!!!
Elsie Anne is just too BIG FOR HER BRITCHES!! She no longer wants to be a baby, but wants to stand + talk + laugh @ everything! Slow down little lady, don't grow up too fast!!

Look @ those purple clouds... It was amazing it cleared up enought for the FIREWORKS!

Our 4th of July dinner @ a new restaurant in downtown Granby... Brickhouse 40! She loves the coldness of our drinks... it just happens to always be BEER!
Such a happy PRINCESS! She has been so good @ all of our outings lately! Things are just getting easier + easier, + more fun w/ our little lady...

Elsie Anne went to bed @ 8:30, + the fireworks started @ 9:30. We were a little bummed she didn't get to see them, but it wasn't worth keeping her up for it! We had front row seats from our deck... they shot them off from the Granby Rodeo, which is just across the valley from us! It was a fun night w/ family...

We woke up this morning + lounged around! Memere + BumBum got to see all of EA's tricks!

We all took naps after lunch to get ready for... 'BRIGADOON' @ the Grand Lake Village Theater! EA did super... she seriously stood in my lap + watched the whole 1st ACT, which was an hour + 1/2! She got so excited when the performers danced + sang!! She loved all the musical instrument, including the bag-pipe!!! After intermission, I wrapped her up in her 'swaddler' + she slept for all of the 2nd ACT. What a princess!

Afternoon...

We went for a nice little walk around the neighborhood! This is EA's first time facing forward in her B.O.B. That's our Colorado Cabin in the background right behind us!

Such a big girl!!! She kept resting her feet up on the bar in front of her!

Momma + BumBum's 1st Day!!

First day w/ Momma + BumBum... we went on a walk/hike in the Rocky Mountian National Park. Shawn's pushing B.O.B. which didn't get used for long b/c EA wanted to 'walk' w/ us!!!

After our mile + 1/2 hike, we went to Grand Lake Village + walked around. My BumBum is such a trooper... she just goes + goes!!!
